Community Comes Together at Coffee Talk
As a community filled with researchers, scientists, and chemists, we understand the importance of data collection and analysis. And with our continued efforts of fostering a collaborative culture, we hosted a Coffee Talk early morning in mid-July to get to know each other better.
Over complimentary coffee and Chick-fil-A breakfast, we asked attendees to share their passions and interests and encouraged them to connect with other community members as well. From collaboration interest to schedule flexibility and everything in between, we received some insightful information from our tenants that will allow us to better cater to the needs and desires of our bespoke community:
In general, we uncovered that the majority of employees are stationed in Science Square, which will have a positive effect on both internal and external collaboration efforts. More so, we learned there is ample opportunity to host events early in the morning or during lunch, as that is when attendance will be highest. And as we continue our activation programming, we believe there will also be an increase in valuation and participation. After all, we want the TEP community to be an inclusive and supportive environment that ignites ideas and innovation while working towards a common goal.
